The representative historical farmstead Dobrotín from the year 1868 with the living part of the area of 750 square metres which after a costly and very sensitive reconstruction offers advantages of modern living. The modernization did not interfere with the historical spirit of the farmstead which has thus been preserved. Extensive plots of the area of 60,846 square metres also belong to the farmstead. The main benefit of the farmstead is its locality.It is situated in the heart of Czech Canada, a very popular touristic destination in which Jára Cimrman himself resided. One of the main landmarks of Czech Canada is the ruin of the castle Landštejn together with extensive woods and some bizarre rocks.
Disposition and locality
The historical farmstead located in Dobrotín went through complete reconstruction in 2005 which lead to the modernisation of all compound. Another, partial reconstruction took place in 2017. The living part of the area of 750 square metres consists of two separate flats. The first flat-two rooms and a kitchenette for the caretaker of the building and the other one with five rooms and a kitchen and two bathrooms, a cellar, wellness with Finnish sauna, a cooling tub and a shower corner. In the place of farm buildings there is a seprate kitchenette in the living room. From a closed yard you can get into a well-maintained grassed ornamental garden of the area of 5,600 square metres with a park layout. The spaces of the barn and the loft offer further extension possibilities.
The farmstead is connected to the electric net, it disposes of its own well and sewerage system in form of water treatment plant.
