Description of the residence
In the town of Počátky there are allegedly a few springs, one of which has been consecrated to the Czech patron st. Vojtěch. The summer residence was called after him.
The summer residence of st. Vojtěch, which has been rebuilt many times these days, covers some united plots of the area of 30 hectares. Originally a mill which has after numerous reconstructions turned into a beautiful First Republic hotel with some period thematic rooms which also incorporates a period restaurant and a smaller wellness. On the plot there are a few further buildings (suitable for further reconstruction) and gardens with six ponds for possible fishing.
The useful area of the summer residence itself is 1076,21 square metres.
Other buildings on the plot:
- The building closely neighbouring with the hotel (until recently there was a museum of film costumes of the fairy tale Cinderela)
- The building of former brewery
The useful area of these premises is 2319,7 square metres.
You can further find a tennis court and a private heliport on the plot.
The whole compound is equipped with water connection, sewerage, telephone distribution and electric net.
The building is heated with a new automatic coal boiler (very economical heating solution), the restaurant kitchen uses electricity and gas cylinders.
There is also a new well of the depth of 58 metres on the ground. It is a side arm of the spring of St. Vojtěch. The well is prepared for connection to the water system of the summer residence, it gives 10,000 litres a day which means all compound is self-suficient in water supply. It can be used for business purposes for a larger hotel with a restaurant, wellness, baths etc.
